APPLICATION FOR 2008 SCHOLARSHIP
Application Requirements
Music Lovers provides as many as four $500 scholarships each year to Chagrin Falls School seniors.
Application Requirements:
1. Prepare a list of the following:
- CFHS music and/or performing arts involvement, including dates
- music/performing arts activities outside of the school, including dates
2. Describe, in paragraph form, your experience in music/performing arts at CFHS from a personal standpoint, ie. memorable moments or people, important things you learned
3. Explain your future or college plans and your anticipated music or performing arts plans.
4. Send your essay topresident@chagrinfallsmusiclovers.com by March 10, 2008. Include your name, phone number, e-mail address. Please request a reply from the receiver to ensure your essay was received.
